Questions and Answers:
-
I specialize in working with high achievers, professionals, entrepreneurs, athletes, and creatives—people who look successful on the outside but often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients come to therapy to break through mental blocks, heal old patterns, or create more balance in their relationships and performance.
-
I’m an out-of-network, private-pay provider. This means I don’t work directly with insurance companies, which allows you to avoid a mental health diagnosis on your record and gives us more freedom in how we work together. Many clients find this helps them feel safer, more private, and more in control of their therapy.
-
My sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. I also offer extended EMDR sessions and performance intensives for clients who want to make faster progress. Think of therapy as an investment in your mental, emotional, and professional future—the return is often greater clarity, freedom, and resilience in every area of your life.
-
Most sessions are 50 minutes. For EMDR or high-performance work, some clients choose 75- or 90-minute sessions to allow for deeper processing and momentum.
-

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, research-backed therapy that helps the brain reprocess stuck memories, beliefs, and nervous system responses. Instead of just talking about your struggles, EMDR helps you move through them on a deeper level so they no longer hold the same power over you.
-
While we’ll talk, I don’t just sit and nod. My approach combines EMDR, nervous system work, and practical strategies tailored to high performers. It’s about more than insight—it’s about actual change you can feel in your daily life, your performance, and your relationships.
-
If you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, repeating patterns in relationships, burnout, or mental blocks that hold you back—even when you’re “successful”—therapy can help. Many of my clients come in because what used to motivate them (pushing harder, achieving more, staying busy) no longer feels sustainable.
-
Many of my clients feel exactly the same way. Therapy isn’t about “looking broken”—it’s about creating inner freedom, peace, and growth that match your external success.
