Helping Moms Raising Neurodivergent Children Stop Carrying the Weight of Everything, and Finally Feel Grounded, Present, and at Ease..
The Reality Behind High-Demand Parenting
For over a decade, I have worked with dedicated, capable parents who are absolute masters at managing their households and careers, yet find themselves carrying an intense, exhausting level of internal pressure.
When you’re raising a neurodivergent child (ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing, PDA), survival is often built on predicting every meltdown, managing endless therapy schedules, and constantly advocating. But over time, that same driving energy turns inward, manifesting as relentless overthinking, chronic sensory overload, boundary fatigue, and a nervous system that simply refuses to turn "off."
I provide specialized online Attachment EMDR and IFS therapy across California to help you navigate these exact challenges: from parental burnout and chronic hyper-vigilance to the emotional exhaustion that happens when you’re constantly holding everything together for everyone else.
Grounded in Lived Experience: Clinician, Business Owner, Mother
My work is built on ten years of clinical practice, but it is also deeply informed by my daily life. As a partner of 18 years, a business owner, and a mother to four children, including my own neurodivergent child, I deeply understand the high-demand landscape of managing complex family dynamics alongside a full, active life.
I know firsthand what it feels like to carry massive external responsibilities while striving to stay present, grounded, and emotionally clear amidst sensory fatigue and IEP stress. I understand the daily exhaustion of trying to hold it all together, and how easy it is for your own internal peace to get lost in the shuffle.
Because of this, I don't look at attachment patterns, neurodivergent parenting, or nervous system regulation from a textbook perspective. I understand the real-world challenge of trying to transition out of high-stakes crisis mode and back into a relaxed, present state. I live these dynamics every day as a clinician, an entrepreneur, and a parent.
Beyond Talk Therapy: Shifting How Your System Responds, Not Just How You Think
Parents of neurodivergent children are usually great at traditional talk therapy; you’ve read all the books, listened to the podcasts, and already know why you feel anxious, overstimulated, or prone to over-functioning. But analyzing your patterns intellectually doesn't stop your body from reacting when stress hits.
My practice goes deeper than surface-level coping tips to change where these stress patterns are actually held: in your nervous system and protective emotional habits.
Attachment-Focused EMDR: Reprocesses the underlying stress triggers driving hyper-vigilance, diagnostic trauma, and chronic anxiety—allowing your brain and body to finally feel safe dropping their guard.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Parts Work: Works with the protective "parts" of you that feel compelled to over-function, manage every detail, or carry heavy mom guilt, helping you step out of perfectionism and into steady self-trust.
Nervous System Regulation & Burnout Recovery: Teaches concrete, real-time tools to shift your body out of chronic fight-or-flight, enabling you to lower sensory reactivity, set firm boundaries without guilt, and quiet late-night racing thoughts.
